    Responsibilities

    Conduct therapy sessions with clients to help manage mental health concerns

    Conduct psychological assessment, treatment, training, and clinical supervision.

    Build and maintain a trusting therapeutic relationship with clients

    Educate clients and their families on treatment plans

    Refer clients to additional services when necessary

    Maintain confidentiality and complete concise documentation

    Collaborate with physicians and other team members on treatment plans

    Provide supervision to psychological associates.

    Administer all required psychological testing and associated services.

    Establish a trusting relationship with clients.

    Educate the client and their family members about the diagnosis and treatment process.

    Refer clients to outer services that meet their specific needs.

    Ensure and Maintain the confidentiality of each client.

    Confer with physicians and other team members regarding patients’ treatment.

    Ensure the documentation are completed and concise.

    Additional responsibilities as directed by the Medical Director (within the context of outpatient settings).

    Qualifications

    Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field

    Unrestricted License to practice in California (Required)

    Experience working with children, adolescents, and adults is a bonus

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
