The ideal candidate has advanced therapeutic skills and is comfortable working alongside healthcare providers to support patient recovery, pain management, and overall wellness.

Job Description

We're looking for an expert Massage Therapist to join our team on a part-time basis. We’re a growing clinic with a demand for massage therapy outpacing what we can currently provide. Massage therapy and soft tissue work is a key component of our corrective care model.

You will be a valued member of an integrated chiropractic team that consistently delivers five-star experiences. Your role will be assisting the Chiropractor and other team members in the care of the patient, primarily via massage. Personal growth opportunities in stretch therapy, laser therapy, x-ray and administrative duties will be immediately available as well.

Responsibilities

Perform tailored therapeutic massage treatments based on patient needs and provider recommendations

Apply advanced techniques including Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Lymphatic Drainage, and Cupping Therapy

Collaborate with chiropractors, physical therapists, and medical providers to support patient care plans

Participate in case reviews and treatment discussions with the clinical team

Maintain accurate treatment notes and documentation

Provide a professional, patient-focused experience that promotes healing and comfort

Assist in other duties within the clinic as needed.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of professional massage therapy experience in a healthcare setting

Current state Massage Therapy License in good standing

Proficiency in:

Deep Tissue Massage

Myofascial Release

Lymphatic Drainage

Cupping Therapy

Customized Therapeutic Massage

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team

Preferred Experience

Experience working in a chiropractic clinic, physical therapy practice, or medical office

Familiarity with treatment plans designed to complement rehabilitation or medical care
