The NOW Massage Boulder is hiring part-time and full-time W-2 Licensed Massage Therapists
Sign On Bonus- $300 paid at first 90 days
Competitive hourly pay + bonuses + incentives
Avg pay per 50-min massage: $58–$61 (includes gratuity)
Avg pay per 80-min massage: $78-$83 (includes gratuity

Fully equipped treatment rooms with hydraulic tables and all professional products and tools provided
You’re supported: No self-scheduling or promotion, leave that to our amazing front desk team
Pay: $58-$61 per hour
Schedule/ Expected Work Hours:
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays
Availability for at least one PM and one-weekend shift
Typical shift 5-6 hours: equivalent to four or five 50-minute massages
Open Monday-Sunday (10 AM-9 PM, Sunday’s until 8 PM)

Responsibilities
Share the healing power of touch to inspire and transform through the benefits of massage therapy.
Provide therapeutic massage through a variety of modalities (Sports, Pre-Natal, Stretching Techniques, etc.)
Maintain service room to standards. All supplies are provided.
Will consider qualified candidates beginning their careers in massage therapy who possess the right qualities and demonstrate an innate talent for and understanding of therapeutic massage.
Qualifications
Desire to be part of a team that has an infectious passion for health and wellness.
Colorado Massage License/certification required in Colorado.
Knowledge of Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage and other modalities such as Deep tissue, Myofascial, Cupping, Gua sha, Hot Stones.
Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 6 hours. Length of time of these tasks may vary from day to day and task to task
