Position Overview
As a Massage Therapist, you will provide customized massage therapy sessions tailored to each client’s needs. You will have the opportunity to use your skills in a variety of modalities while continuing to grow professionally in a nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform professional massage therapy services including Swedish, deep tissue, prenatal, and other techniques (additional modalities are a plus).
Listen to clients’ concerns and recommend individualized treatment plans.
Maintain a clean and organized treatment room.
Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and ethics.
Build lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits and referrals.
Maintain accurate client records as required.
Participate in team meetings and occasional spa events (optional).

Qualifications
Must hold an active, valid Massage Therapy License in Arkansas.
Strong knowledge of massage techniques and an understanding of contraindications.
Ability to develop customized massage treatment plans based on client needs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to client care.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
CPR certification (preferred but not required).
