Hi!, Hand and Stone California is looking for talented Licensed Massage Therapists.

Compensation Package
Average total compensation of $80,000 includes base salary, commission, and tips for 30 service hours/week.
Base rate of $28 to $32 per 50-minute per massage.
Tips average 18% to 25% of the nonmember price. The average tip for our base service is $20-$30, and it increases with upgrades.
Requirements
Active Massage Therapy license
As a Massage Therapist, you will
Maintain an active massage license and carry liability insurance
Deliver personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs
Create a welcoming, friendly, and professional client experience
Follow our “Key Ingredients” standard to educate and empower clients
Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management
Participate in ongoing training, workshops, and webinars
