What You'll Do
Customize treatment plans based on each client's needs and goals
Deliver exceptional massage experiences that encourage guest retention
Build strong client relationships through professionalism and outstanding care
Educate guests on services, wellness recommendations, and membership benefits
Maintain cleanliness and professionalism throughout treatment rooms and common areas
Qualifications
Active New Jersey Massage Therapy License
Current massage liability insurance
Strong communication and customer service skills
Proficiency in Swedish Massage required
Experience with Deep Tissue, Prenatal, Trigger Point, Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular Therapy, Craniosacral Therapy, Reiki, or other modalities is a plus, but not required
Passion for helping others through the healing benefits of massage therapy
