    Responsibilities:

    Perform therapeutic massage techniques tailored to the needs of patients with orthopedic conditions and chronic pain.

    Conduct patient assessments to determine appropriate massage therapy interventions.

    Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

    Maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment for patients.

    Adhere to all state regulations and clinic policies regarding massage therapy practices.

    Qualifications:

    Valid and current Massage Therapy License in the state of New Mexico.

    2 years of experience as a therapeutic massage therapist is preferred.

    Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and pathology as they relate to massage therapy.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.

    Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and delivering high-quality care.

    Preferred Skills:

    Experience with a variety of massage techniques, including deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and sports massage.

    Knowledge of additional therapeutic modalities is a plus.

    Bilingual skills (English and Spanish) are advantageous but not required.
