Responsibilities:

Perform professional therapeutic massage sessions tailored to individual client needs

Assess clients' soft tissue conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans

Apply a variety of massage modalities including Swedish, deep tissue, and neuromuscular techniques

Maintain accurate client records and document session notes and progress

Communicate effectively with clients regarding treatment goals and outcomes

Uphold a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment environment

Collaborate with other healthcare or wellness professionals as needed

Requirements:

Active California Massage Therapy Certificate (CAMTC) required

Proven experience as a Licensed Massage Therapist in a clinical or wellness setting

Proficiency in multiple massage modalities (deep tissue, Swedish, sports massage, etc.)

Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and proprioceptive principles

Excellent interpersonal and client communication skills

Professional, reliable, and compassionate demeanor

Ability to maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards
