    Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) – New Graduates Welcome Little Massage Cart | Alberta Area, Portland, OR

    Tiny Massage Cart is a growing, community-focused massage space located in the Alberta area of Portland. We’re looking for a Licensed Massage Therapist—including recent graduates—who is ready to build confidence, grow their skills, and be part of a supportive team.

    This is a great opportunity for someone starting their career who wants a consistent schedule, hands-on experience, and a positive work environment without burnout.

    What You’ll Do:

    Provide high-quality, customized massage sessions

    Build relationships with clients and encourage return visits

    Maintain a clean, calm, and professional workspace

    Work alongside a supportive team and leadership

    Compensation:

    $35–$45 per service hour (based on experience and growth)

    Tips are additional ($10–$20 per service on average)

    Performance bonuses every 2-week pay period for maintaining a full schedule

    Typical total earnings:

    $45,000 – $60,000+ annually (including tips & bonuses)

    Schedule & Workload:

    4–5 clients per day max

    15-minute breaks between clients

    25–30 minute mid-shift break

    Qualifications:

    Licensed Massage Therapist (Oregon) or recent graduate

    Active malpractice insurance (or ability to obtain)

    Strong communication and willingness to learn

    Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
