Responsibilities: • Perform a wide range of massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, and prenatal (if certified). • Customize massage sessions based on client needs and preferences. • Educate clients on aftercare and wellness practices when appropriate. • Provide a seamless and elevated spa experience aligned with our 5-star standards. • Maintain cleanliness and organization of massage rooms and treatment spaces. • Stay current on certifications and industry trends. Qualifications: • Current Massachusetts Massage Therapy License. At least two years of hands-on experience in a high-end spa or wellness setting • Consistently professional and courteous , with a strong focus on client satisfaction • Exceptional communication abilities and strong time management skills • Schedule flexibility , including availability on weekends and holidays • Dependable and punctual—always respectful of clients’ time Preferred Qualifications: We’re excited to offer luxurious Spa Day experiences to our guests, and we welcome professionals who bring a diverse set of skills. Compensation: $60,500 - $71,000 yearly
