Massage Therapist Symmetry Physical Therapy Pelham, NY

Symmetry Physical Therapy is seeking a licensed massage therapist to join our multidisciplinary orthopedic and wellness practice in Pelham, NY. This role is ideal for a therapist who values working in a clinical, performance-focused environment alongside physical therapists and other healthcare professionals.

Position Overview You will provide high-quality therapeutic massage services to a mix of orthopedic, post-rehab, wellness, and performance-oriented clients. Referrals will come directly from our physical therapists as well as from self-pay massage clients.

Dedicated Massage Suite You will work out of a fully built-out, private massage therapy suite within our Pelham clinic. The room is designed specifically for massage therapy and includes:

• A private, quiet treatment room separate from the gym floor
• Professional massage table and clinical-grade setup
• Calm lighting and a clean, modern aesthetic
• Full front desk support for scheduling and payment
• Established client flow within a busy physical therapy practice

Compensation Pay is structured as a percentage of collected revenue per session. The percentage is negotiable and based on experience, certifications, and schedule availability. This is a strong earning opportunity with no need to build a practice from scratch.

Schedule Flexible scheduling available Part-time based on your schedule Daytime, evening, and limited weekend availability may be considered

Qualifications

• Active New York State massage therapy license required
• Experience in therapeutic, orthopedic, or sports massage preferred
• Strong professionalism and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team
