Responsibilities

Perform exceptional massage therapy services

Consult with guests before each service to customize treatments based on their needs and health history

Deliver outstanding 50- and 80-minute massage experiences

Perform enhancement services and add-on treatments such as cupping, gua-sha, prenatal, and deep tissue

Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary treatment room

Build a loyal request clientele through exceptional guest care (we provide the guests for you to build a strong following)

Collaborate with our leadership team to provide a seamless guest experience

Continue growing your skills through paid training and continuing education opportunities

Qualifications

Active Colorado Massage Therapy License (DORA)

Strong knowledge of Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage

Excellent communication and guest service skills

Professional, dependable, and team-oriented

Sports Massage, Prenatal Massage, Myofascial Release, or spa experience is a plus—but not required

Compensation

Typical earnings: $55–$80 per service hour

Compensation includes:
