    Benefits:

    Wellness resources

    Employee discounts

Solterra is building a luxury recovery-forward wellness club where massage is treated as a core service—not an add-on. We’re hiring experienced, client-ready LMTs who want consistent bookings, a polished environment, and a team that takes operations off your plate so you can focus on bodywork.

This Role Is For You If…

You’re an established, skilled therapist who delivers repeatable results and builds rebooking.

You care about the details: punctuality, professionalism, communication, and a quiet, clean room.

You want a setting where recovery + performance clients are the norm (Pilates/yoga members, active adults, stress + tension clients).

    Not a Fit If…

You’re looking for a “rent a room and do your own thing” setup with minimal standards.

You’re early in your career and still learning pacing, pressure control, and client management.

Compensation & Perks (Clear + Built for Pros)

Pay: Percentage of each service fee collected (paid per completed service)

No overhead: Solterra provides table, linens, laundry, oils/products, disposables, cleaning supplies, booking software, payment processing, and front-desk support.

Scheduling: All appointments run through the Solterra app (online booking, reminders, intake forms).

Provider perks: Discounts on Solterra services, classes, retail, and café/juice bar.

Collaboration: Built-in cross-referrals with Pilates, yoga, recovery, and wellness providers.

    What You’ll Deliver

High-quality massage sessions tailored to client goals (pain relief, recovery, stress reduction, mobility).

Professional intake + clear communication: goals, contraindications, pressure preference, aftercare.

Maintain a treatment room that is consistently clean, calm, and guest-ready.

Support rebooking through results, consistency, and client experience standards.

Contribute feedback on service menu refinement as a founding provider (modalities, add-ons, session flow).

    Minimum Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)

Current Ohio Massage Therapy License (active and in good standing).

Strong hands-on skill with the ability to adapt sessions for individual needs.

    Reliable, professional, and client-first.

    Strongly Preferred

1+ years of professional experience (spa, sports, clinical, or high-volume preferred).

Competence in at least one: deep tissue, sports/recovery, myofascial, trigger point, prenatal, lymphatic, cupping (if certified).

Comfort working with active clients (Pilates/yoga population) and outcomes-based sessions.
