Job Summary

Suffolk Plastic Surgeons, PC is seeking a Part-Time licensed Massage Therapist to join our successful plastic surgery office. As a Massage Therapist, you will tailor massage treatments to your patients' individual needs and health goals. The successful candidate will be knowledgeable in a variety of massage styles, possess a deep knowledge of human anatomy and the musculoskeletal system, and work well as part of a team

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of massage and body treatments

Educate clients on the services and products offered, as well as the therapeutic benefits of regular massage therapy

Maintain accurate records of each session using our practice management software. The ability to use a tablet is required

Build relationships with clients to assist them with meeting their wellness goals

Qualifications

Hold current state license and liability insurance to practice massage therapy

Capable of performing lymphatic, deep tissue, Swedish, and maternity massage modalities

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strongly service-oriented with an ability to communicate effectively with clients in a one-on-one setting

High level of ethics and integrity.
