Part-time availability with flexible scheduling

Evening and weekend availability strongly preferred

Boutique Hours:

Monday–Friday: 10 AM–8 PM

Saturday: 9 AM–6 PM

Sunday: 10 AM–6 PM

Position Overview

The NOW Massage Worthington is seeking a Part-Time Licensed Massage Therapist who values flexibility, professionalism, and guest connection in a calm, elevated boutique environment.

This role is ideal for therapists who:

Want to work in a supportive, non-clinical setting

Responsibilities

Provide therapeutic massage services tailored to guest needs

Perform modalities including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Prenatal, Sports, and Stretching techniques (based on training and certification)

Deliver a consistent, welcoming guest experience

Maintain treatment rooms and follow boutique standards

(All supplies are provided)

Support a positive, team-focused culture

Qualifications

Active massage license or certification in the state of practice

(Must be presented during the interview and maintained throughout employment)

Knowledge of Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage; additional modalities are a plus

Open to both experienced therapists and newer graduates who demonstrate strong technique, professionalism, and a passion for massage therapy

Availability during prime earning periods, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Desire to work in a wellness-focused, guest-centered environment

Physical Requirements

This role requires:

Sustained mobility for several hours per shift

Frequent bending, reaching, and lifting

Strong manual dexterity and tactile sensitivity

Ability to perform massage services and room resets safely and effectively

Compensation
