What You’ll Do:

Serve the clients of Benjamin Franklin Plumbing by performing expert-level plumbing installations, services and repairs as needed. Must be willing to run a truck and possibly support the shop if needed.

Review and communicate to client work being performed.

Timely and accurate documentation of all work.

Mentor and assist with training less experienced Technicians/apprentices

Assist with Cultivating team's culture

What You’ll Bring:

Valid Connecticut P1 or P2 Plumber license minimum required. Position not available to apprentice plumbers

Min. 4 years of experience

Strong understanding of plumbing systems, codes, and best practices

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to represent the company with professionalism

Ensure 100% client satisfaction
