Therapy My Way, P.C. is an outpatient mental health practice seeking a Licensed Master's Social Worker to provide individual psychotherapy to a steady caseload. We’re looking for a clinician who is warm, reliable, and committed to high-quality care.

What you’ll do

Provide individual psychotherapy (and groups/couples if trained)

Maintain timely documentation (treatment plans, progress notes) in our EHR

Participate in case consultation and team collaboration

Coordinate referrals and care as needed

Uphold ethical and professional standards

What We're Looking For

Active LMSW license (NY) in good standing

MSW

Experience providing therapy (internship/post-grad welcome)

Strong communication, boundaries, and documentation habits

What we offer
