Schedule: Monday – Thursday: 9:15 AM – 5:45 PM Friday: 9:15 AM – 4:45 PM No Nights | No Weekends

McDowell Financial Group is expanding our Medicare Advisors division and is seeking motivated licensed Medicare agents to join our growing inside sales team in Cary, NC.
We provide the leads, systems, training, scripts, management support, and coaching. Your job is simple:
Make calls. Help clients. Write applications. Get paid.
COMPENSATION
Base Pay: $12 per hour + Comp + Bonus
Commissions: • Medicare Supplement Applications: $100 each • Medicare Advantage Applications: $100 each • Dental Applications: $75 each • Hospital Indemnity / Cancer / Heart Attack / Stroke Policies: $50 each
Weekly Production Bonuses: • 5 Applications = Additional $100 • 7 Applications = Additional $250 • 10 Applications = Additional $500

Average Advisor • 4 Medicare Applications • 3 Dental Applications
Approximate Weekly Income: $1,050+
Successful Advisor • 5 Medicare Applications • 4 Dental Applications
Approximate Weekly Income: $1,300+
Top Producing Advisor • 8 Medicare Applications • 6 Dental Applications
Approximate Weekly Income: $2,000+ per week

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
• Active Health Insurance License • Medicare experience preferred but not required • Strong work ethic • Coachable attitude • Positive mindset • Comfortable speaking with clients over the phone • Desire to earn based on performance
