Compensation: $50K–$60K Base + Uncapped Commissions & Residuals

What You’ll Do
Consult with Medicare-eligible beneficiaries on Advantage, Supplement, PDP, and ancillary product options
Conduct comprehensive needs assessments over the phone
Educate clients on benefits, costs, and enrollment processes
Keep current on CMS regulations and carrier offerings to ensure compliant, ethical sales
What You Bring
Active resident-state health insurance license with no active carrier appointments
Proven consultative sales or customer-service experience
Strong phone-based communication and organizational skills
Commitment to compliant practices and continuous learning
