About the Role We are hiring a Clinic Manager who blends clinical skills with a practical business mindset. This is a mid-level leadership role supporting the Clinic Director in driving daily operations, fostering a spa-like, collaborative atmosphere, and supporting the long-term success of the clinic.

The Clinic Manager leads a team of 6–10 therapists while also managing a caseload. Responsibilities include staffing support, operational oversight, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Support overall clinic operations and team performance

Recruit, onboard, and mentor therapists

Maintain a weekly caseload of approximately 20 clients

Provide 10–15 hours per week of clinic management and leadership support

Contribute to financial goals, marketing efforts, and outreach initiatives

Foster a culture of compassion, authenticity, and professionalism

Qualifications

Master’s degree in a behavioral health field

Fully licensed in Texas (supervisory designation preferred)

Prior leadership, supervision, or program development experience preferred

Strong communication and organizational skills

Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Electronic Health Record systems

Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a positive, solution-focused mindset

Compensation and Growth Clinic Managers receive a competitive base salary, caseload-based commissions, and quarterly bonuses. Opportunities for growth include advancement to Executive Director roles, supporting clinic expansion across the region.
