Licensed Mental Health - Clinical Supervisor

Come be a part of our mission to provide exceptional clinical care and support to our clients, all while growing both personally and professionally in a dynamic work environment. • Flexible schedule to accommodate office hours, client requirements, with availability for some evenings and/or weekends • Offers medical stipend, technology stipend, PTO, floating holidays, CEU assistance, and bonus structure for additional income Responsibilities: • Supervise and guide interns and provisionally licensed staff through clinical hours and administrative training • Manage the recruitment, onboarding, and orientation process for new therapists, providing mentorship and clinical oversight • Conduct continuous professional development activities to enhance staff clinical skills, including creating training manuals and live sessions • Assess therapists' skills, identify growth opportunities, and provide constructive feedback in a timely manner • Ensure service delivery excellence and accurate documentation consistently • Engage in team-building activities and promote a positive workplace culture • Assist in developing resources and securing internship site placements • Establish partnerships for internship site development, referrals, and community collaboration opportunities Qualifications: • Must hold an active license in the state of Pennsylvania as a LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist • Preferred: Two or more years of experience providing client services as a licensed therapist • Ideal candidate should have demonstrated proficiency in working with individuals from diverse backgrounds, including the transgender community (training can be provided) • Capable of coaching other clinicians in a supportive manner • Supervisory experience is preferred, but suitable candidates can receive in-house training • Experience in implementing various evidence-based practices is required • Willingness to expand current evidence-based practices through additional training and consultations • Ability to work remotely for some administrative tasks, up to one day per week, with a private working area and secure Wi-Fi connection Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 yearly + bonus eligible
