    About the Role

    We are seeking an experienced and licensed Christ-centered therapist who is highly trained and specializes in working with adolescents, teens and adults . The therapist who fills this position ** must also have formal training, and be working towards certification, in IFS, EMDR and/or BSP** . This role is for in-person sessions at our beautiful office in Wheat Ridge, CO.

    At Cornerstone, a part-time caseload can take three-six months to build.

    What We're Looking For

    Cornerstone places a high value on finding the right fit for our team and for our clients. The below outlines the requirements, preferences and expectations for our clinicians.

    Required:

    • Active CO license: LPC or LMFT (pre-licensed clinicians will not be considered)
    • Formal training and working towards certification in at least one of the following: IFS, BSP, EMDR
    • A strong Christian faith and ability to integrate faith-based approaches in therapy
    • Experience and passion for working with adolescents, teens and adults with trauma
    • Alignment with Cornerstone's Mission, Vision, and Statement of Faith

    Strongly Preferred:

    • Additional training in other evidence-based and trauma informed modalities
    • Training in working with adolescents and/or children
    • Experience working with neurodivergent clients

    Your Commitment:

    • Weekly group supervision attendance (Wednesdays, 9-11am MT)
    • Willingness to commit to at least two weeknight evening blocks or one weeknight evening and one Saturday block per week
    • A minimum schedule availability of 15 hours/week, filling 80% of that schedule weekly, with a willingness to increase hours as your caseload fills
    • Attend ongoing training and pursue specialization and certifications
    • Build long-term client relationships (averaging 10+ sessions per client)
