We are looking for a Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our collaborative and engaged team. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong diagnostic skills and clinical experience working with concerns such as anxiety and panic disorders, mood disorders, PTSD/CPTSD, and LGBTQIA+ related issues. Experience providing couples therapy is welcomed but not required. This role offers flexibility to provide in-person therapy at our North Phoenix and/or Scottsdale offices, in addition to telehealth services. What We Provide • Flexible scheduling with competitive earning potential • Full administrative support, including marketing, billing, and scheduling • Efficient, streamlined documentation systems • A collegial, supportive work environment grounded in trust and collaboration • Complete pay transparency through a shared, live remittance tracking document Responsibilities: • Conduct thorough psychiatric diagnostic evaluations to identify client needs and create personalized treatment plans. • Provide individual and/or couples therapy, addressing a wide range of mental health concerns. • Apply appropriate diagnostic codes to ensure precise and compliant medical documentation. • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver integrated, comprehensive care. • Offer specialized therapeutic approaches—including EMDR, Somatic, and Brainspotting—for holistic healing. • Maintain detailed, timely documentation in alignment with practice standards and policies. Qualifications: • Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field. • Current, unrestricted Arizona license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). • Associate clinicians may be considered • 1–3 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting. • Ability to provide services in person and virtually throughout the week; can set your own schedule • Experience with trauma-informed therapeutic approaches. • Strong knowledge of behavioral health documentation standards and practices. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. • Experience serving diverse populations, including LGBTQIA+ clients.
