Position Overview We’re seeking a Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our collaborative team. The ideal candidate has strong diagnostic skills and experience treating a range of concerns, including anxiety and panic disorders, mood disorders, PTSD/CPTSD, and LGBTQIA+ issues. Experience with couples therapy is a plus. This position offers flexibility to provide both in-person sessions at our North Phoenix and/or Scottsdale offices and telehealth services. Responsibilities: • Conduct thorough psychiatric diagnostic evaluations to identify client needs and create personalized treatment plans. • Provide individual and/or couples therapy, addressing a wide range of mental health concerns. • Apply appropriate diagnostic codes to ensure precise and compliant medical documentation. • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver integrated, comprehensive care. • Offer specialized therapeutic approaches—including EMDR, Somatic, and Brainspotting—for holistic healing. • Maintain detailed, timely documentation in alignment with practice standards and policies. Qualifications: • Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field. • Current, unrestricted Arizona license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). • Associate clinicians may be considered • 1–3 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting. • Ability to provide services in person and virtually throughout the week; can set your own schedule • Experience with trauma-informed therapeutic approaches. • Strong knowledge of behavioral health documentation standards and practices. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. • Experience serving diverse populations, including LGBTQIA+ clients. Compensation: $70,000 - $83,160
