** Trauma and/or Couples Specialist**

About the Role
We are seeking a licensed, Christ-centered therapist who specializes in couples and/or trauma therapy.
This role is for in-person sessions at our beautiful office in Colorado Springs, CO.
What You Bring
Required:
- Active CO license: LPC or LMFT
- Strong Christian faith and ability to integrate faith-based approaches in therapy
- Experienced and passionate about working with couples and/our individuals with trauma
- Believe in Cornerstone's Mission, Vision, and Statement of Faith.
Strongly Preferred:
- Training in Emotionally Focus Therapy or Gottman Method
- Trainings or certifications in Brain Spotting, EMDR or other trauma-informed modalities
Your Commitment:
- Weekly group supervision attendance (Wednesdays, 9-11am MT)
- Willingness to commit to at least two weeknight evening blocks or one weeknight evening and one Saturday block per week
- A minimum schedule availability of 15 hours/week, filling 80% of that schedule weekly
- Attend ongoing training and pursue specialization and certifications
- Build long-term client relationships (averaging 10+ sessions per client)
