About the Role

We are seeking a licensed, Christ-centered therapist who specializes in couples and/or trauma therapy.

This role is for in-person sessions at our beautiful office in Colorado Springs, CO.

What You Bring

Required:

• Active CO license: LPC or LMFT
• Strong Christian faith and ability to integrate faith-based approaches in therapy
• Experienced and passionate about working with couples and/our individuals with trauma
• Believe in Cornerstone's Mission, Vision, and Statement of Faith.

Strongly Preferred:

• Training in Emotionally Focus Therapy or Gottman Method
• Trainings or certifications in Brain Spotting, EMDR or other trauma-informed modalities

Your Commitment:

• Weekly group supervision attendance (Wednesdays, 9-11am MT)
• Willingness to commit to at least two weeknight evening blocks or one weeknight evening and one Saturday block per week
• A minimum schedule availability of 15 hours/week, filling 80% of that schedule weekly
• Attend ongoing training and pursue specialization and certifications
• Build long-term client relationships (averaging 10+ sessions per client)

Technology & Remote Office Requirements:

We are a Bring Your Own Device organization. To ensure the highest level of care, security, and operational efficiency, all employees and interns are required to provide their own equipment that meets the minimum technical standards, including a reliable PC or Mac (i7 processor, 16GB RAM, 256GB SSD), a stable high-speed internet connection (15-20+ Mbps Download, 5 Mbps Upload, <100ms Latency), a professional and private workspace with high-resolution audio/video, and digital literacy with a "self-solving" mindset using tools like Gemini for troubleshooting. ** _
