    Position Title: Licensed Telehealth Clinician (Part-Time or Full-Time) Location: Remote (Must reside in the U.S. and be licensed in California) Organization: Find Your Balance, Center for Growth & Change Inc. Responsibilities: • Maintain a minimum caseload of 13 clients per week (full time 28 weekly clients) • Provide psychotherapy to children, teens, and/or adults via a secure telehealth platform • Develop individualized treatment plans and safety plans when needed • Complete documentation in a timely and accurate manner, including collaborative note writing • Communicate clearly and respectfully with office staff, colleagues, and clients • Optional participation in bi-weekly consultation group and peer support opportunities • Maintain ethical and professional standards in compliance with state regulations and licensure board guidelines • Uphold client confidentiality and privacy in a remote setting • Establish and maintain a private, secure, and distraction-free home office space Additional responsibilities may be added or modified as organizational needs evolve. Qualifications: • Active, unrestricted California license (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or Psychologist) • Applicants must reside in California. and hold a valid California license • New licensees are encouraged to apply • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Proficiency in or willingness to learn EHR systems and remote tools • Ability to work independently while remaining connected to a supportive team • Reliable internet connection, computer, and phone for remote work • Commitment to ethical, culturally responsive, and client-centered care Preferred Qualifications • Training in evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, or IFS • Previous experience delivering telehealth services • Bilingual (Spanish or other languages) is a plus • Excellent time management, organization, and interpersonal skills Compensation: $31 - $37 hourly
