You will be responsible for doing diagnostic assessments, making customized treatment plans with goals and objectives, providing crisis intervention as needed, and following up with patients to ensure they are receiving appropriate ongoing care. Responsibilities: • Monitor each patient situation on a frequent basis and offer the appropriate follow-up care • Provide crisis intervention as needed • Determine the status of patients mental health by using medical information, interviews, observation, and testing, as well as collaboration with other staff members • Develop specific therapy plans with goals and objectives for individual patients • Recommend community services or specialists for patients and family members in need • Provide outpatient therapy services to individuals and/or couples Qualifications: • Must have 1-3 years of mental health experience in a clinical setting • Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent and a bachelor’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field; preference to those with a master’s degree • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical ability as well as outstanding interpersonal and communication skills are needed • Requires CPR and BLS (Basic Life Support) certifications • State licensure that is current, unrestricted, and in good standing for a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) or equivalent • Master's degree in a counseling field • Independently professionally licensed as a mental health provider in the state of Oklahoma Compensation: $55,000 - $90,000 yearly
