The Role We're hiring Licensed Master Social Workers (LMSWs) who want to grow with us. This is a remote position designed for clinicians ready to build a consistent caseload and engage in long-term professional growth within a supportive, structured group practice. Full-time clinicians maintain approximately 25 sessions/week, with a minimum of 12 evening hours (5–9 PM, Monday–Friday). Evening hours can be distributed flexibly across the week in coordination with your caseload, client needs, and personal schedule. You'll provide individual therapy, conduct diagnostic assessments, and create customized treatment plans — while receiving ongoing supervision, clinical guidance, and full administrative support so you can focus on what matters most: your clients. Responsibilities: • Provide individual psychotherapy grounded in relational, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive practices • Conduct diagnostic assessments and create individualized treatment plans • Complete all progress notes within 48 hours of each session • Participate in individual and group supervision • Collaborate with the admin team on scheduling, onboarding, and client transitions • Support practice visibility through regular virtual community engagement and quarterly in-person outreach efforts • Uphold Honest Hour's core values: Honesty, Collaboration, Accountability, Authenticity, Compassion, and Community Qualifications: REQUIRED • Active LMSW licensure in New York (bonus compensation available for dual NY/NJ licensure) • Availability for a minimum of 12 evening hours per week (5–9 PM, Monday–Friday) to meet client demand • Active NPI number and CAQH account • Ability to work independently in a remote environment PREFERRED • Post-master's training in evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, EFT, Gottman, IFS, ERP, or similar modalities • Bilingual (Spanish preferred) • Experience or genuine interest in BIPOC mental health, caregiver stress, financial wellness, or high-stress communities YOU'LL THRIVE AT HONEST HOUR IF YOU'RE • Passionate about holistic, relational, and culturally grounded care • Growth-oriented and excited to develop within a structured supervision and professional growth pathway • Organized and dependable, with consistent weekday availability • Team-minded, open to feedback, and invested in community care • Tech-savvy and comfortable with SimplePractice or similar EHR platforms Compensation: $40 - $60 hourly
