We want mental health practitioners dedicated to showing up as themselves, meeting clients where they are, growing and evolving to deliver the best possible services to clients and communities. As part of our team, you will participate in weekly consultation team, and supervision, assessments, direct practice, and collaboration with team members across service modalities such as IOP, CCSS, OPT, and grant-funded projects. We utilize evidence-based and emerging modalities to ensure cultural attunement and relevance for clients and communities. The ideal applicant will have 1-3 years of clinical experience treating behavioral health patients, and a current LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, or LPCC license. Responsibilities: • Conduct Diagnostic Evaluations – Perform comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, using a trauma-informed, whole-person approach that integrates DBT, feminist perspectives, and culturally attuned methodologies. • Develop and Implement Tailored Treatment Plans – Collaborate with clients to create individualized treatment plans that incorporate skills-based, play, narrative, and somatic modalities, aligning therapeutic goals with clients’ personal values and life goals. • Provide Crisis Intervention and Ongoing Support – Offer immediate crisis intervention when necessary, delivering compassionate support and stability during critical moments to ensure clients feel safe and supported. • Foster an Inclusive and Culturally Sensitive Therapeutic Environment – Cultivate a safe, inclusive space that respects clients' diverse backgrounds, actively adapting treatment approaches to meet the unique needs and cultural contexts of each individual. • Maintain Accurate and Comprehensive Documentation – Keep thorough records of all client interactions, treatment progress, and interventions, adhering to organizational standards and confidentiality protocols to ensure continuity and quality of care. Qualifications: • Current Professional Licensure – LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, or LPCC, in good standing. • Clinical Experience – 1-3 years of experience providing behavioral health services, ideally within diverse community settings. • Commitment to Personal Growth and Professional Development – Openness to learning, evolving, and showing up authentically to deliver the best services for clients. • Confidence and Directness in Practice – Ability to engage directly and openly with clients, maintaining a balance of empathy and professionalism. • Comfort with Vulnerability and Accountability – Willingness to participate in reciprocal vulnerability and hold oneself accountable within a team setting. • Strong Team Collaboration Skills – Experience working within interdisciplinary teams and engaging in team consultations and supervision to enhance client care. • Proficiency in Evidence-Based and Emerging Modalities – Familiarity with or interest in Intensive Outpatient (IOP), Comprehensive Community Support Services (CCSS), Outpatient Therapy (OPT), and other relevant service models, with a focus on cultural attunement. • Dedication to Cultural Sensitivity and Relevance – Ability to adapt approaches and interventions to align with the cultural contexts and needs of diverse client populations. • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills – Excellent skills in building rapport with clients and collaborating effectively with team members across various service modalities. • Adaptability and Flexibility – Willingness to work across different projects, including grant-funded initiatives, and to respond to the evolving needs of clients and the organization. Compensation: $40 - $55 hourly
