Minimum Requirements:
Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution and current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential.
Other accepted licensures: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Medical Doctor (MD), or Registered Nurse (RN) with appropriate mental health certification.
Proven ability to manage and supervise a team of at least 8 staff members.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Clinical Oversight & Leadership
Provide supervision, guidance, and professional development to a multidisciplinary team of at least 8 staff.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and organizational mental health regulations.
Assessment & Treatment Planning
Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and risk assessments.
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and treatment teams.
Therapeutic Intervention
Provide evidence-based counseling, psychotherapy, and crisis intervention to individuals, families, and groups.
Monitor treatment outcomes and adjust plans as necessary to ensure quality care.
Program Administration
Oversee daily operations of assigned programs or units, including scheduling, case assignments, and workflow management.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with agency policies and licensing standards.
Collaboration & Coordination
Coordinate care with physicians, nurses, case managers, and community resources to ensure holistic service delivery.
Serve as a liaison between clients, families, and external agencies.
Quality Improvement
Participate in program evaluation, data analysis, and quality improvement initiatives.
Provide training and mentorship to staff on clinical best practices.
