  • Responsibilities

    Must hold a valid full or provisional Indiana license (if provisional, priority is given to candidates who have already completed 1/3 or more of their clinical hours) We are seeking a compassionate, fully or provisionally Indiana-licensed mental health therapist for our group private practice. We have a team of 23 fully licensed clinicians (PhDs, LMHCs, and LCSWs), 2 provisionally licensed, and 5 support staff. Financial Stability • Clinicians earn 60% of the allowed insurance amount (salary varies depending on how many clients the clinician chooses to see) • We always have a waitlist, capped at 100 people, so we can get clients seen in a reasonable amount of time. No issues keeping your caseload as full as you like. Separate waitlists for children and adults, with many of our individual clinicians having their own internal waitlists for specialty services • Paid at the time of service • Clinician selects productivity level (full-time is 23 clients a week for 47 weeks; part-time is 12-22 clients) • W‑2 employment for both part‑time, full‑time, and provisionally licensed • We cover any recoupments Flexibility & Autonomy • Build your own schedule • No evenings, no weekends, no on‑call (Child therapists do need to have after‑school hours) • Choose your population — specialty referrals supported • Hybrid or fully in-person schedules available • Excellent flexibility for those with kids at home BenefitsIRA after 12 months (part‑time and full‑time) with 3% employer match • Dental & vision (PT & FT) • Life insurance (100% paid, $50k policy) • Liability insurance fully covered • Short‑term disability via Aflac • QSEHRA (FT): $300 monthly toward your health insurance premiums • National Health Service Corps Loan Repayment: We are in the process of applying to be both a state and a federal loan forgiveness site (estimated time- fall of 2028 for funding awards for those clinicians chosen by NHSC). Federal part-time forgiveness is $25,000 over two years. Full-time forgiveness is $50,000 over two years. Both may be renewed one time to double those amounts over four years. Admin Support Our admin team handles: • Payments • Accounts • Reception • Authorizations • Tracking • All non‑clinical tasks • Messages/phone calls • Texting service for clients Thoughtful Client Matching We typically refer out populations requiring higher clinical intensity (SI, psychosis, court‑ordered clients, violent/aggressive adults, those with open DCS cases, children who are subjects of custody disputes, etc.) Our practice design and scope of treatment focus on a once-a-week outpatient model for those clients who can manage between regularly scheduled sessions. However, if a particular clinician wants to see certain populations, we adjust referrals and specialties offered to match your interests. Our practice specialty is trauma, and a majority of clients request EMDR. EMDR training or willingness to complete within the first quarter of employment is required. Registration fees for training can be paid by the practice up front if needed, as an interest-free loan. Location • Bloomington, IN (home of Indiana University) • Two locations: Landmark and Arch Haven Responsibilities: • Provide weekly or biweekly therapy to a diverse client base (including insurance clients, Medicaid and Medicare recipients, IU staff and faculty, college students) • Engage in trauma-informed care practices, including ongoing training • Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities, both internally and externally • Complete chart documentation in a timely manner (24 hours for ongoing notes, 48 hours for intakes) Qualifications: • Must hold a valid full or provisional Indiana license (if provisional, priority is given to candidates who have already completed 1/3 or more of their clinical hours) • Be willing to work at least partially in-person (hybrid schedules are available) • Pass a criminal history check (no felonies) • Possess some previous job stability (in the mental health field or in a previous career- exceptions made for training experiences designed to be short-term) • EMDR trained, or willingness to procure training within the first quarter of employment Compensation: $65,000 - $114,000 yearly
