You'll be responsible for diagnostic evaluations, developing tailored treatment plans with goals and objectives, offering crisis intervention when needed, and following up with clients and collateral to ensure they're getting the best care possible. The ideal applicant will have 1-3 years of clinical experience treating mental health patients and an independent, current, unrestricted license (licensed mental health or allied health professions). If you're interested in advancing your mental health career in a rewarding, professional environment, Responsibilities: • Provide crisis intervention as needed • Recommend community services or specialists for patients and family members in need • Use patient medical information, interviews, observation, and testing as well as collaboration with other staff members to determine a patient’s mental health status • Create individualized treatment plans that include goals and objectives for each patient • Reassess patient situations and provide appropriate follow-up care based on their current needs • Conduct and interpret psychological evaluations for clients and their families • Provide counseling and psychotherapy services to achieve treatment goals, reduce symptoms, and improve functioning Qualifications: • Licensure in the state you reside as a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) or the equivalent is required • Must have 1-3 years of mental health experience in a clinical setting • This position requires a high school diploma or GED equivalent and a bachelor’s degree in a field such as counseling or social work; we prefer a master’s degree • Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and great communication and interpersonal skills • Independent licensure or close to sitting for exam - LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, PSYD, etc. • Must have at least a Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling, Clinical Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy or Clinical Psychology Compensation: $60 - $85 hourly based on billing
