August Rose Health Center, a reputable outpatient mental health clinic in Maryland, is seeking a talented and experienced Licensed Mental Health Therapist Contractor to join our growing team.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with children, adolescents, and adults, providing both individual and group counseling services in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
Conduct individual therapy sessions tailored to each client’s unique needs, fostering a safe and supportive environment for growth and healing.
Provide therapy services in both English and Spanish to meet the needs of our diverse client population.
Perform comprehensive clinical assessments to identify presenting concerns and develop individualized treatment plans.
Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities to effectively address a broad range of mental health conditions.
Facilitate group counseling sessions as clinically indicated.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
Engage in ongoing professional development and remain current with best practices in the mental health field.
Requirements
Active and unrestricted Maryland state license as an LCPC, LMSW, LGPC, LCSW-C, LCSW)
Fluency in Spanish (verbal and written) is required.
Demonstrated experience providing individual and group therapy to diverse populations.
Strong communication, clinical judgment, and interpersonal skills.
Cultural competence and an inclusive, client-centered approach to care.
Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.
Commitment to ethical practice and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
