Responsibilities: • Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients • Develop personalized treatment plans • Administer customized therapy treatments incorporating a mix of traditional and alternative healing methods to support clients in achieving treatment goals • Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams • Stay current on best practices and evidence-based interventions in the field of mental health counseling to enhance client outcomes • Provide crisis intervention support when necessary • Participate in off-site retreats, workshops, and groups if desired Qualifications: • Master's Degree in Counseling or related mental health required • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Strong computer literacy skills • Experience in conducting individual and group therapy sessions • Ability to work with diverse populations in a compassionate and empathetic manner • Maintaining your own Psychology Today profile Compensation: $60,000 yearly
