CMS Therapy Group is seeking a compassionate and self-motivated mental health therapist to join our growing private practice. As part of our team, you will be responsible for conducting diagnostic assessments to determine medical necessity, co-constructing treatment plans with measurable goals and objectives, providing crisis intervention as needed, and providing case management support to ensure clients are receiving appropriate ongoing care. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of clinical experience in an outpatient setting with children, adolescents, and adult clients, and is committed to delivering therapeutic excellence. Responsibilities: • Provide evidence-based therapeutic services to support client progress toward treatment goals • Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and ongoing clinical evaluations • Collaborate with clients to develop and implement individualized treatment plans • Deliver crisis intervention services as needed • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation • Coordinate care with other providers and make appropriate referrals • Uphold ethical standards, professional boundaries, and client advocacy Qualifications: • Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field • Active Connecticut license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist), provisional or fully licensed, in good standing • Experience working with children and/or adolescents, as well as adults • Strong clinical, organizational, and documentation skills • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities • Experience with or training in trauma-informed care preferred Compensation: $60,000 - $72,000/year DOE & caseload
