Responsibilities: • Conduct clinical assessments and evaluations to determine suitable treatment plans for clients in Ankeny, IA, US. • Deliver individual and group therapy sessions to address various behavioral health concerns of clients. • Engage with interdisciplinary teams to create and execute treatment goals and interventions effectively. • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary by collecting and analyzing data regularly. • Implement evidence-based practices in clinical counseling and therapy methods. • Offer behavioral therapy and interventions to foster positive behavior changes for clients. • Keep updated on the latest developments in mental health counseling through research and collaboration with healthcare professionals. Qualifications: • Master's degree in Clinical Counseling, Psychology, or a related field. • Experience with addictive disorders is desired. • 2-5 years of experience preferred. • State licensure in Iowa: Temporary licensees are considered. • Experience working with individuals and couples is strongly preferred. • Knowledge of mental health laws and regulations is a plus. • Strong understanding of behavioral therapy techniques and interventions. • Experience with in-person and virtual sessions. • Please note that this job description is not exhaustive, and additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
