Responsibilities: • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans for clients in Ankeny, IA. • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to address a wide range of behavioral health concerns. • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to establish, implement, and refine treatment goals and interventions. • Track client progress through ongoing data collection and analysis, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes. • Apply evidence-based therapeutic practices and counseling methods in daily clinical work. • Deliver behavioral therapy and interventions that promote lasting positive change in clients’ lives. • Stay informed on current research, best practices, and emerging trends in mental health counseling through continuous learning and professional collaboration. Qualifications: • Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or a closely related field. • State of Iowa licensure (temporary licenses will be considered). • 1–3 years of clinical experience preferred. • Experience supporting clients with addictive disorders is highly valued. • Background in working with both individuals and couples is strongly preferred. • Solid knowledge of mental health laws, ethical standards, and best practices is a plus. • Strong foundation in behavioral therapy techniques and evidence-based interventions. • Ability to provide both in-person and virtual therapy sessions. • Flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed. Compensation: $72,000 - $100,000 yearly
