    Are you a compassionate and dedicated licensed mental health therapist seeking an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of clients? August Rose Health Center, a reputable outpatient mental health clinic in Maryland, is seeking a talented and experienced Licensed Mental Health Therapist Contractor to join our team. This position is in-office and requires on-site service delivery.

    At August Rose Health Center, we are committed to providing high-quality mental health services to individuals of all ages. In this role, you will work with children, adolescents, and adults, supporting them through their mental health journey via individual and group counseling services.

    Responsibilities

    Provide in-office individual therapy sessions tailored to each client’s unique needs, fostering a safe and supportive environment for growth and healing.

    Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify presenting concerns and develop individualized treatment plans.

    Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions to address a broad range of mental health conditions.

    Facilitate group counseling sessions as clinically appropriate.

    Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and comprehensive client care.

    Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with ethical, legal, and organizational standards.

    Participate in ongoing professional development and remain current with best practices in mental health treatment.

    Requirements

    Active and unrestricted Maryland state license as an LCPC,LGPC, LMSW,LCSW-C or LCSW

    Demonstrated experience providing individual and group therapy to diverse populations.

    Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

    Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative, team-oriented clinic environment.

    Cultural competence and an inclusive, client-centered approach to care.

    Commitment to ethical practice and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

    Ability and willingness to provide services on-site (in-office required).
