About the Role:

We are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist with either an LMSW or LGPC license to join our team at Ellie Mental Health in our Baltimore - Cross Keys clinic. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients and contribute to a supportive and collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities:

Conduct individual therapy sessions

Maintain caseload of 28 - 30 clients weekly.

Develop and implement treatment plans

Provide crisis intervention and support

Complete thorough assessments and maintain accurate clinical documentation

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and community resources

Requirements:

LMSW or LGPC license in the state of Maryland
