Compensation:
Compensation is designed to provide predictable income while building a sustainable caseload.
Typical earnings range from $69,000 - $90,000 annually, depending upon licensure and experience, once caseload is established.
We provide steady referrals and operational support so therapists can focus on client care rather than business development.
Ramp-up income is provided to support income stability while your caseload grows.

About the Role:
As a Licensed Therapist at Ellie Mental Health, you'll help expand access to quality mental health care while working in an environment grounded in authenticity, humor, compassion, creativity, acceptance, and determination.
This role allows clinicians to focus primarily on clinical work while our team supports scheduling, referrals, billing, and operations.
Responsibilities:
Provide individual, family, and group therapy to clients with diverse mental health needs
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches
Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support client outcomes
Participate in ongoing professional development
Provide crisis support when clinically appropriate
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
Active Colorado licensure (LPC, LCSW)
Three (3) years practicing as a licensed therapist
Experience working with diverse populations preferred
Strong clinical judgment and interpersonal skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Commitment to ethical practice and professional growth
