Our vision with McLoughlin Counseling Group was to create a therapist-focused workplace where new graduates and fully licensed clinicians can thrive in a collegial environment where continuing education, excellent supportive supervision, peer consultation, and realistic caseload sizes lead to the best clinical outcomes for clients, reduced incidence of clinician burnout, and a boutique private practice experience where the clients and clinicians feel cared about as people and not just numbers. This vision has come to life, and over the past five years, we have helped 8 clinicians achieve full licensure with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners. We have created a team of supervisors to assist both counselors and social workers in completing their two years of supervised work experience and supervision with the highest quality approaches to clinician development. We are currently seeking good candidates to join our practice at our Prescott and Tucson locations. Please reach out to make an introduction if you have any interest in being part of an exciting and expanding group practice experience.
