    Mountaintop Counseling is expanding and seeking a passionate, licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our dynamic and collaborative practice. Compensation- Our contractors receive a generous percentage of revenue in addition to workshop and intensive opportunities Responsibilities: • Provide one-on-one therapy to clients of your choosing • Conduct thorough assessments using medical records, interviews, observations, and collaboration with team members to determine client mental health status • Create individualized treatment plans with measurable goals and objectives • Provide follow-up care, crisis intervention when necessary, and consistent communication with referral sources • Complete timely documentation—notes must be submitted within 24 hours • Respond promptly to referrals and maintain professional, dependable attendance (frequent cancellations send the wrong message to those in need) • Maintain clinical boundaries and adhere to ethical standards • Actively participate in our team culture of empowerment, support, and collaboration Qualifications: • Active PA licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, Psychologist, LSW, LAPC) • Strong clinical skills and ethical standards • Reliable, compassionate, and self-motivated • Excellent written and verbal communication • Minimum of 3-5 years of working with mental health patients is required • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills Compensation: $50,000 - $80,000
