Benefits: • 10 days PTO annually • Practice-generated referrals and marketing support • Billing and credentialing support • Administrative support • Malpractice coverage • Monthly clinical consultation and case collaboration • CEU platform access • Annual professional development stipend • Leadership and growth opportunities Responsibilities: • Provide high-quality individual, couples, and/or family therapy services • Maintain a full-time caseload of approximately 26 client sessions per week • Complete clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, assessments, and discharge summaries, within established timelines (progress notes completed within 48 hours) • Develop, implement, and update treatment plans based on client goals and progress • Build and maintain strong therapeutic relationships that support client engagement and retention • Participate in clinical consultation, team meetings, and professional development opportunities • Manage scheduling, client communication, and clinical responsibilities in a timely and professional manner • Participate in community outreach, networking, and practice-sponsored events as appropriate • Be open to facilitating, developing, or supporting therapy groups, workshops, and other clinical programming initiatives • Maintain ethical and professional standards in accordance with licensing board requirements • Contribute to a collaborative, growth-oriented team culture Qualifications: • Master's degree in Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related mental health field • Active, unrestricted North Carolina license as an LCMHC or LCSW • Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience preferred • Experience providing individual therapy to adolescents and adults • Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and case conceptualization skills • Ability to establish and maintain therapeutic rapport with diverse client populations • Strong organizational and documentation skills • Ability to manage a caseload independently while maintaining quality of care • Commitment to ethical practice and professional standards Preferred Qualifications • Experience working with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, and ADHD • Experience providing telehealth and in-person therapy • Training or experience in evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, ACT, Attachment-Based Therapy, EMDR and IFS. Compensation: $45 - $55 hourly
