We are an expanding private practice looking for talented and experienced licensed therapists to join our team. Our practice focuses on providing quality mental health services to clients while providing our therapists with the support they need to do their best clinical work. We consider ourselves to be a collaborative, person-centered, multidisciplinary group practice and strive to create an environment where our therapists and clients can excel. This position is hybrid, requiring 1-2 days in the office, depending on the client's needs. Benefits Include: • A competitive compensation package • Health Insurance (Medical, Vision, and Dental) • 401(k) Retirement plan • Life Insurance • Paid-Time Off • Holiday/Sick Pay • Flexible Schedule • Supervision • Quarterly practice-wide clinical trainings with CEUs • CEU Reimbursement • Compensation for Meetings and Training Responsibilities: • Facilitate biopsychosocial assessments • Develop and maintain treatment plans • Provide individual, family, and/or couples therapy • Maintain clinical documentation, including assessments, progress notes, treatment plans, discharge plans, and collaborative notes • Collaborate with providers and family members, as needed • Provide crisis intervention when necessary • Monitor each patient’s situation regularly and offer appropriate follow-up care • Attend monthly team meetings and participate in regular supervision Qualifications: • Clinical LicenseLicensed to practice in: Connecticut (CT) Compensation: $65,000 - $90,000 yearly
