Licensed Mental Health Therapist
Private Practice Clinician - LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMHC Are you a passionate and caring professional who prides themselves on providing the best possible care for your clients? Our practice focuses on providing quality mental health services to clients while providing our therapists with the support they need to do their best clinical work. This position is fee-for-service and hybrid, requiring 1-2 days in the office (Hamden or Cheshire location), depending on the client's needs. Benefits Include: • A competitive W2 compensation package • Health Insurance (Medical, Vision, and Dental) • 401k Retirement plan • Life Insurance • Paid-Time Off • Holiday/Sick Pay • Flexible Schedule • Supervision • Quarterly practice-wide clinical trainings with CEUs • CEU Reimbursement up to $500 annually • Compensation for Meetings and Training Responsibilities: • Facilitate biopsychosocial assessments • Develop/maintain treatment plans • Provide individual, family, and/or couples therapy • Maintain clinical documentation, including assessments, progress notes, treatment plans, discharge plans, and collaborative notes • Collaborate with providers and/or family if deemed necessary • Provide crisis intervention as needed • Monitor each patient situation on a frequent basis and offer the appropriate follow-up care • Attend monthly team meetings and engage in regular supervision, as needed Qualifications: • Clinical License LCSW, LPC, LMFT • Licensed in CT Compensation: $45 - $50 hourly
