We're looking for a therapist with at least five years of experience post-master’s, fully licensed as an LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT. Training or interest in EMDR Therapy and a commitment to working with diverse populations, including First Responders, will set you apart. Responsibilities: • Excited to be part of a team and collaborate on behalf of patients with team members from different disciplines. • Must have excellent and compassionate communication and professionalism. • Competency in working with Trauma and trained in or with an interest in being trained in EMDR. Therapy. Priority and higher starting wages will be given to those who have completed basic training and/or certification in EMDR. • Priority and higher wages given to those who are already an Approved Clinical Supervisor in WA State, and have an interest in supervising associates and intern therapists now or in the future. • Assess patients’ mental condition based on review of medical information, interviews, observation, tests, and collaboration with other staff members. • Create individualized treatment plans that include goals and objectives for each patient. • Provide crisis intervention as needed. • Evaluate patients’ circumstances on a regular basis and provide necessary follow-up care. Qualifications: • Must have a Master's Degree in Clinical Counseling or Social Work and an active license to practice counseling in WA State (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT - we are not accepting Associates at this time). • We are looking for candidates who do not want to maintain a private practice while working on our team, and who would like to grow to full-time with us and work with our team for at least 5 years. • Must be comfortable with working in a private pay/out-of-network environment, and serving our local first responders in-network on one insurance panel. • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Priority given to those with additional training and certifications. Compensation: $55 - $80 hourly
