Chadash Counseling and Coaching is GROWING! We are hiring Licensed and Post-Grad therapists. We are a one-of-a-kind private practice dedicated to the helpers — military, first responders, medical personnel, and fellow therapists who rarely get to be the ones in the chair. Our Mission Our main mission is to serve those who help others. Chadash Counseling and Coaching is located on a beautiful family farm in Ashland City, TN. We deliver high-quality mental health care to help our clients achieve balance, growth, and healing. Our primary population is military, first responders, medical personnel, and other therapists, but we work with a variety of mental health concerns. We are committed to breaking the stigma associated with mental healthcare for these populations through advocacy, education, and by being a strong and safe place to heal. The Role We are looking for fully licensed or temporary/ pre licensed LPC-MHSP, LMFT, or LCSW and post grad interns to join our growing practice. If you can hold space for what Helpers carry, then this could be a great fit for you. You may also work with individuals, couples, and families in areas such as trauma, PTSD, Anxiety Disorders, and OCD. This is not a typical therapy job — it’s a chance to build something meaningful alongside a team that genuinely gets it. Position details: • Full Time or Part-time building to Full-time (we have an active waitlist) • Expected caseload of 15- 25 clients per week — we believe in sustainable, quality-focused work • Clients are age 16 and older • Hybrid telehealth and in-person or fully remote option (Tennessee) Qualifications • Master’s degree or higher in clinical mental health counseling, marriage and family counseling, or clinical social work from a CACREP accredited institution • Licensed to practice in the state of Tennessee (LPC-MHSP, LMFT, or LCSW) • Accepting applications from pre-licensed (post-grad) counselors • Previous experience in counseling, social work, or a related field • Compassionate and caring demeanor with the ability to build strong rapport with clients • Strong adherence to fidelity, confidentiality, and a high moral code of conduct • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Sound judgment and knowledge of clinical diagnosis, treatment paradigms, and cross-cultural issues • Strong organizational and time management skills • Must pass a background check as a condition of employment What We Offer
