You’ll work directly with investors to identify, list, and advise on multi-family assets ranging from 2 to 200 units. The role involves prospecting, analyzing market trends, negotiating transactions, and maintaining strong client relationships—all within a team environment that values performance and growth. Responsibilities: • Lead Generation: Actively generate new leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals. • Database Outreach: Call on our proprietary database to connect with potential clients and maintain relationships. • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough property evaluations and market analysis to identify profitable investment opportunities. • Client Relationships: Build and nurture strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors, offering expert guidance throughout the process. • Property Listings: List and market multi-family properties, including apartments, duplexes, triplexes, and other residential and commercial properties. • Negotiations: Skillfully negotiate offers and counteroffers, ensuring optimal outcomes for clients. • Transaction Management: Oversee the full transaction process from lead generation to closing, ensuring smooth and successful deals. Qualifications: • Proven experience or strong interest in multi-family residential commercial real estate (duplex, triplex, 6-plex, apartment complexes). • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ready to thrive in a competitive commercial real estate environment. • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • Ability to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously. • Real estate license is required • Commission opportunity.
