Position: Licensed Nail Technician

Location: Dearborn, MI Employment Type: Full-time or Part-time Compensation: Commission-based pay – competitive and enticing structure

Key Responsibilities:

Perform high-quality manicures, pedicures, gel services, and other nail treatments in accordance with OM Spa’s protocols and hygiene standards

Recommend retail products and services tailored to client needs

Provide exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming and relaxing experience

Maintain a clean and organized workstation and comply with all sanitation standards

Stay up to date on current nail trends, techniques, and industry advancements

Qualifications:

Must hold a current Michigan Nail Technician license

Minimum 1 year of experience preferred (new graduates with strong skills will be considered)

Proficiency in classic and gel nail services; knowledge of nail art and current trends a plus

Professional, punctual, and client-focused

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends
