We are seeking one to two dedicated and experienced Licensed Nurses (LPN or RN) to provide private duty nursing care to a 7-year-old male client in Sumter, SC. This role requires a compassionate, skilled nurse who is comfortable working with medically fragile pediatric clients requiring total care.

Please NOTE: Child is total care of all ADL's, seizures, trach/vent/GT dependent.

Availability Dayshift, weekdays

Responsibilities

Provide total care assistance with all activities of daily living (ADLs)

Manage and monitor tracheostomy (trach) care

Administer and monitor oxygen therapy

Perform suctioning as needed

Manage gastrostomy tube (GT) feedings and care

Document and communicate client progress and changes in condition

Collaborate with the foster family to ensure continuity of care

Requirements

Active LPN or RN license in South Carolina

Experience with trach, oxygen, suction, and GT care required

Pediatric nursing experience strongly preferred

Reliable transportation

Compassionate, patient, and dependable

Compensation

LPN: $30-35 per hour

RN: $37-40 per hour
